Pagination not showing when i use List Of Categories (Categories View)

Please someone help me...
The problem is when i link a menu item to List Of Categories - not working
and when i link a menu item to List Of Images - show the pagination

Display Pagination (Categories View) - Categories (Not showing)
Display Pagination (Category View) - Images (Work fine)

Can someone tell me what is the problem in Categories View?

I have looked at this page, but i dont know what could be the problem :(
Other time i used the gallery widhout any problem.
I did everything as usual but when i link a menu item to List Of Categories - not see the Ordering, Display num and the page numbers...

do you get the same result when you switch to the Joomla! Default Template Protostar for testing?

next try, go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Categories View --> Categories View Settings --> Pagination Default Value (Categories View)=What is the value there? If this is set to zero (0), the pagination is not displayed because all categories are already displayed on the first page.

Now the Pagination Default Value (Categories View)=0 -Show all categories without pagination
Pagination Default Value (Category View)=25 -Show 25 pictures without pagination

But if i use Pagination Default Value (Categories View)=2 -Show only 2 categories without pagination
Pagination Default Value (Category View)=0 --Show all pictures without pagination
(it's better than nothing... it's a half-solution :)
