Phoca Gallery not displaying images

Hey guys.

When i upload an image to Phoca Gallery it just comes up as a gray box or on the front end of the website i get nothing just a blank screen or a circle with a line through it like a no entry sign. If i check the media manger the images have uploaded to the right folder and display there.

Any ideas what is causing this problem?

Hi,
did you set Enabel Thumbnails Generation=Yes in Phoca Gallery Options ?
