Hello everyone, I have a problem with the component phoca gallery.
my problem is that I phoca gallery displays images horizontally but not vertically those showing in miniature a circle containing an "X" as if missing the picture and open it I display the "image not loaded" message. anyone have any idea what I might have been wrong to set?

Re: Problem with vertical images
Hi,
verify that all thumbnails have been created.
To do this, first enable the Thumbnails Generation in the Phoca Gallery Options.
Then go to: backend -> Components -> Phoca Gallery -> Pictures
Now open each image page.
If thumbnails are missing, they will be created now.
Kind regards,
Benno

Re: Problem with vertical images
I tried your solution but unfortunately the options menu "Enable thumbnail generation" option was already active. I tried with other options such as "Generation paging thumbnail" but I have not yet solved the problem.
Of course, after each change I proceeded to regenerate all thumbnails.
Some other idea my dear friend?
Thanks again for the availability

Hi, try to see:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... parameters
In case you are using some feature which needs to have additional thumbnails, such needs to be enabled in Options and the thumbnails need to be newly regenerated. Chec the additional thumbnails parameter.

Re: Problem with vertical images
Fantastic, thank you so much! I have enabled in the Thumbnail tab "Additional thumbnails" and "crops miniatures" by setting them all and now works even if I would have to ask you one more detail.
Always in the Thumbnail tab there is the section to set the size of the small thumbnail / media / grade. I can not give a type "auto" parameter to compute the height independently? Because it creates all miniatures measuring 250 x 500 and having the effect masonry active white space are superimposed of the reinforcement from the image (and so far I would be fine) but in the last line under the thumbnail picture remains very white space? you can not delete that?
sorry for the little English properly

Hi, what you mean with empty space? Where exactly? Do you have a link to the live site. What if you hide it e.g. per CSS (display:none) if needed
