Partly failed gallery ugrade

I tried to upgrade my gallery from 1.8 to 2. I used the Zip-upload and install method, but instead of showing the "Upgrade" window afterwards, I just got a blank window.

Looking into my gallery, the version and layout proves that version 2 seems to be installed, but I got error messages like

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /mnt/web8/53/03/51860803/htdocs/components/com_phocagallery/models/categories.php on line 53

when I try to access my gallery in the backend.

What is the best way to fix this problem? Uninstall and reinstall version 2?

Hi,

it sounds like the install wasn't succesfull. I would try to install again and select upgrade. If you get another white screen you could try to upload the files manually and check you MySQL database if the tables are created.
