Driving me nuts!

HI following the previous post (more than 10 000 pix in phoca back office crashes PLEASE HELP!!!)
I thought I was done with it. I have 'Enable Thumbnail generation' on and 'Pagination Thumbnail Generation' on, 'clean thumbnails' off - which seems to be the only way to have it showing my images (else it gives me a blank page - it seems I have too many images). Well, all seemed good BUT now, when I do a multiple add, I select the images in the folders, check it, select a category, hit "save and close" and the only image that comes in my category is the very first one of the list and nothing else...
WHAT IS GOING ON???

Hi, did you select the category?

When you select images, you need to select category in which the images will be added
When you select folder, then images inside folders will be added to the category which will be made from folder

Check if the category does not include images with the same name, such will be not more added.

What happen, when you disable thumbnails creation, and then you will use multiple add? Are the images added?

Hi,
with thumbnail creation off, if I select multiple add, select a category, select a folder : I have 1 Category(ies) added, 5 Image(s) added yet no thumbnails at all in the subfolder created and only the first image of the 5 images created shows up in the list
same result if I select photos individually (except for the sub category created).
with thumbnails creation on, same results with the thumbnail created only for the first image of the list. Only the first image comes out in the listing, the other ones are not showing eventhough they were supposedly created.
Really need a solution to be found, I can give you acces to the back office if you want to try and see if evrything is correct there.
