Modify User Control Panel

Is there anyway to delete the whole Single Upload box under the User Control Panel? I still want users to be able to upload photos on the Category page just not on the User Control Panel since the "Select Category" portion is broken for IE11. I really only want them to be able to Edit the Title of their Image.

If not, is there anyway to delete the Cateogry and Subcategory tabs on the Upload box of the UCP?

Hi, there are no options for this, so the only way is to customize directly the output code:

components/com_phocagallery/views/user/tmpl/ ...
