[fixed]Problem with the size of Pics..

I am pretty sure that I am to stupid :-/
I build a Gallery with an Category - the user have to click first on an category than he get this view:

afer a click to the smal thumbnail i get an "window" but in the wrong size:

where can i change this?? Please help me.
