Good Afternoon
I have just downloaded and installed Phoca but am confused about the photo description. There is a space to enter a description when I upload a photo but can't find anyway of changing the configuration so that this will be shown with the photo. Is this possible?
Yes I have looked at the manual but there is no mention of the description in the section relating to image upload.

Hi,
when you upload a photo you cannot add a descriptions as far as I know. (do could you please post a screenshot of you adding a description) - or do you mean the frontend upload?
You can add a description when you add your picture to a gallery (via phoca gallery >> images >> new button).
You can set the description settings in the Phoca Gallery configuration (via phoca gallery >> control panel >> parameters button)

Thanks, I have found the 'Display Description' in the parameters and have switched this on.
