Hi, I have searched this site and although i see topics close to what I need, it still does not answer my question.
We have a company that created our website for us using Joomla3 and Phoca Gallery 4.2.2. They do not manage the site on a daily basis and I have been elected to be the administrator. We are a non profit organization so I need to find answers in this forum.
My problem is the images I have in the front end are not in order. I have them in filename/ascending order in the back end. I thought they would look like that at the front end. Unfortunately not.
Is there an easy fix to rearrange the images so that they correlate the same in the front as they do in the back end. Thank you.

Re: images in order in the front end
Hi, the ordering works like in Joomla! You can see different ordering in administration, but this is only for administration purposes.
For frontend, you can set ordering in Options. If you set e.g. by title, then the images will be ordered by title, if you set by ordering (order by ordering) then the images will be displayed with the order you have set in administration (e.g. if you have moved some images).
To get the same results in frontend and backend (order by ordering):
- in frontend - you need to set order by ordering in options
- in backend - you need to click on header of the table -first column (order by ordering)
