Multiple Download (Checkboxes?)

Hello,

first i would thank you for your excellent modul!
Just one think is missing for me: A simple multi-download functionality.
Is it possible to integrate a simple way to download a lot of images at once (maybe checkboxes...) or the whole category with just one click in frontend?

Hi, for now there is no such option. See similar posts in this forum, this can be a security problem feature as e.g. checking of a lot of files (e.g. over 100) and downloading them at once can slow down the server or can stop working it.

So this is a feature which should be set directly for the server, for known conditions on the server (e.g. made by customization), not as default feature which can be used on every server with possible unlimited count of files (when used by unskilled user)

Hi Jan,

thanks a lot for your message - what you say makes sense for me.
I'm actually set up a homepage with a really huge number of photos for clubmembers for watching and downloading the images.
Maybe it is possible to offer it as a plugin with warning for using it on "small servers".
Would be excellent, if you think about it.
