Transfer all my album in PochaGallery - How?

Hi, I decided to use PochaGallery after abandoning a oziogallery because I did not want to use Google+ .
Already use pocha gallery in this way for video http://www.marcobranky.com/website/videos.html

I have lots of albums with photos, I do not want to create confusion. All albums are in the /images/oziogallery3, then I transfer it all with FTP.

But where?
I do not have photo categories, but only folders with 10-20 photos in.
As I move?

Your advice is that? They are not important photos, they are pictures of events at the disco.
Do I create a category of " PHOTO" and there load all folders ?

How I will visualize it?
With oziogallery had the list of folders on the left, just click on one of them showed the photos related to it.

Hi, mostly transferring database of one component to other is very problematic, so the best way is to use "multiple add" feature, which translates all folders to categories, all subfolders to subcategories and all files to images. Automatically - so no transferring will be used but creating the gallery from scratch.

Mostly, users prepare the folder structure with images on PC and then they copy it to server with FTP. Phoca Gallery then transforms the structure (folders = categories, subfolders = subcategories, files = images) to gallery structure.

This is valid for images. But if you store images on external server, like e.g. on Picasa, Facebook, then the import needs to be done for each category in administration.

Ok, my structure in my PC is this:

- PHOTO > (here all folders > Event 1 / Event 2 / Event 3 ... Event 52) and then 10/15 photo into all (Event n°) folders.

So...I use Multiple Add or FTP process?
I will create a link menù where i insert a module (category list view), exactly? So, i think that i will have only one category, with name PHOTO. no?

Windows pop-up said me that i will open, and select one photo for one photo.
I want upload all folders with name and date event how in this screen - http://s33.postimg.org/eeyvsl6pq/Cattura.jpg - I used Multiple Upload, but doesn't funciont.

I want see in this pochagallery module the category PHOTO.
For design i want a list of all event folders with scroll bar because they are a lot and then with mouse i will see photo with click on relative folder.

Hi, firs screenshot.

You are selecting folders to upload - this does not work.

There are two different terms:

1) upload - upload the images to your server (this is the first screenshot)
2) add - add images to gallery

when uploading, you can only select images. when adding, you can select whole folder structure.

So instead of uploading images in Joomla! - just upload your whole folder structure per FTP to images/phocagallery folder and then go to multiple add and add all the structure to system.
