Stuck on Stop generating thumbnail and Error 500 after

I get this message for 1 user (super admin)

1. When I click to see my images, I get this full screen image with only stop generating thumbnail red link.
2. When I click on stop generating thumbnail, I can get back to the admin
3. I can go back to the admin by changing the URL, if I navigate back to images, I get a Error 500 message.

I make another super user and it seems to work fine ...

Does Phoca Gallery has any log of what is the image is creating this thumbnail error ?

Hi, try to see errorLog, maybe there is some server (php) error which prevents from making thumbnails.
