disappeared file and category

I have committed a serious error
I upgraded from 2.1.7 to 2.1.9 (joomla 2.5) and Instead of answering updates I answered istall
My files and my categories disappeared.
Help me, I have a hundred categories and subcategories and I have not a backup.
With FTP I see all my file and all my category (directory)
Is there a solution?

In SQLAdmin I see all my data, how do I activate it?
