How to realise that?

Hello,
thank you for your work on phoca gallery.

I use phoca gellery (latest version) to private family web site.
Category are years (2012 - 2013 - ...) sub catategory for event (birthday, holidays, ...).
I would like to link all imags of a child.

Firstly, i have thought to put an imag in several category, but it is not possible.
Secondly, i have tried to assign tag (child name), but i need to assign the tag to a category (but i dont have a category for my child), or to the search page.
In this case, it display all image with the same tag (my child) ok. But on click on the image it display the popup (multibox) and the navigaion arrow display imags of the category of the imag not the imag with the tag. (do you follow me?)

I would like to be able to navigat inside all child imag ( with the same tag) without open and close popup for each imag.

Can i create an alternative template for the search page or something else.

Any idea to make my project?

Hi,
yes, an image can be assigned to one category only - but you can do a copy of the image in other category (the original image and thumbnails will be the same for both images)

Not sure what you exactly mean with "tag"?

Yes i can copy the image in another category. But i use a comment system (jcomment) and the 2 images will have differents comments.

Tags : phoca allows to create tags and assign tags to an image. So on detail view or category voew i can display the tags and be redirect. It could be fine to be redirect to all image with the same tag (we can do it to redirect to the seach page). But on this "tags" page (search page) the detail view navigation in under the category of the image.
Is it clearer?

comments: yes - then both images will be handled differently

tags: yes, I am planning to do this feature, for now i have implemented it into Phoca Download so I hope I will do it for Phoca Gallery (it is not so easy because of different rights which needs to be managed there)
