I'm having trouble making the displays look good in my site. I've followed some very good instructions from this forum about how to configure my categories display in mosaic mode (Thank you), but need a bit more in-depth help to finish.
In categories view, I want the categories to look like the Phoca and Joomla! 3 demo. In the demo, there is one large thumbnail and two smaller thumbnails, evenly spaced and fit into the category box. In mine, there are multiple thumbnails, but they're unevenly spaced and look sloppy.
Additionally, in the category view, I want those to look similarly to the category view in the demo. In the demo, all of the images are larger than in mine, and line up nicely in what I assume is the masonry effect. How can I make my images larger (Right now they're narrow) in the category view?
Finally, is there a way to get rid of the little number next to the category name, and the folder icon? I can't seem to find how to do either of those. I appreciate that there are so many controls for customization, but sometimes I miss small fixes because there are so many to look through - so my apologies if this should be obvious.
It is SO helpful to me if instructions can be written out in this fashion, if possible:
Do the settings for 'Mosaic Effect'
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Center --> Options --> Categories View --> Categories View Settings --> Mosaic Effect (CategoriesView)=Yes
Thank you!

Re: Configuration of Categories view in Mosaic
Hi
3) you can hide the number e.g. with help of CSS - just see the class of the number in html code and set display:none for this class
2) to have larger images/thumbnails, you need to set it in Options and then recreate the thumbnails again.
1) can you paste a screenshot or link to the site so I can see it?
