Problem uploading images through Phoca.

Hi everyone, first of all i love this component, it's great.

But i've ran into some problems when installing it on another server than my own. I get the error Not valid image while uploading inside the Phoca component. I can easyli upload trough the media manager, but phoca just wont allow me. I've had this component installed before on my own server where everything just went smooth as cake, i got a feeling that it's something with write rights but im not sure which folders to grant what.

??? is the FTP layer enabled ?

No its not, and shouldnt need to be as it's working fine on my own server where the ftp layer isnt enabled aswell, so.

Yes, but on another server there can be other settings, so maybe the FTP layer will help...

If you don't have the FTP layer enabled, all the folders PhocaGallery writes to should be 777.
