Detail inmage Thumbnails randomly blank

Hi Guys

My thumbnail images are failing to show up properly in the sub gallery. When you upload an image its fine but when anyone else looks at the gallery there is a good chance they are going to see a blank thumbnail or a elongated image which is the height of the original image but the width of the thumbnail box.

If you refresh the page it comes right or it go's to a blank placeholder image.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, check if you have enabled additional thumbnails in parameters? If yes, you need to recreate thumbnails to get the additional thumbnails.
