Some Questions

Dear Phoca Gallery Team,

For my school Project i gonna need a Photo Gallery Modul, I would like to use this Modul , but here are some Questions :

1) Is it possible that every user can upload his photos in his own Directory from the frontend? Like when he upload a photo it will create a new Folder only for the logged in user?

2) Is it possible that users can publish there Pictures , like they have there owm Directory where they can mangag there photos and set the privaty, but there will be also a public Directory where all published pictures will be shown?

I am using Joomla 3.5 and Phoca Gallery 4.1.2.
I already installed Phoca Gallery and created a menu Link to the User Controll Panel
When i click on the Menu Item in the fronted i get an error " User Control Panel is disabled " how can i fix that? I only found Tutorials of older verions but i cant get trough it .
