How to link a Gallery to a menu

I'm using com_phocagallery_v4.1.2 with Joomla 3.3.6.
I want to manage two galleries which refer to competely different issues, so I want to create two different menus to access these galleries. However, the files Link is grayed out and says by default "index.php?option=com_phocagallery&view=categories", This has the consequence that I see the pictures of both categories whenever I hit one of the menu links I created. I found a workaround for this by adding the category-ID in the menu options, but this didn't solve the problem that, when I hit the menu link for Gallery 2 Joomla redirects to the menu for Gallery 1.
You may watch this on http://www.juliusdeutsch.de/kommhelp33/ ... presse-top. Click on "Bilder" and then on one of the category buttons. Watch the breadcrumb: you're no more in the Presse-menu.
I'm working on this for days and I couldn't find anaything on this in the documentation.
Can anyone help, please?

Hi, see similar posts in this forum, there is a problem with two menu links as the tree (going through the categories - e.g. with back button) is searching for some known Phoca Gallery link but it is not known which this will be. So this SEF problem is not solved and if you will create two links to gallery, there cannot be navigation: e.g. one link to first category, second link to second category - without having a back button (up button) to categories view

Do you think that there will be a short time solution to this problem?
I had Phoca Gallery on my Joomla 2.5 site and I just want to reproduce what I had on my old site

Hi, will try to find some solution - somehow check the itemid and compare it with loaded results (but not sure if this will not take a lot of memory ) But really no idea when I will find time for taking a look at it
