Phoca Gallery views without login

Hi there!
This topic is commented many times, but, I can't still view my Phoca Gallery content without login. Only thing I can see is a picture of a locked folder. Everything is set up for public, but nothing happened. There is a thing as a solution to change "access" through the SQL. Number 1 to 0, but it's not clear solution. Does anybody know what part of code I should change...?

Hi, not sure what the problem is, from the history, this problem somehow related to wrong migration, so it then needs to be fixed per sql (but this id done by one sql query for all images/categories). As one sql query can change all images/categories, this is the quickest way to do it. It is just a part of migration procedure
