Error 500 viewing Phoca Gallery Control Panel

My company recently took over the maintenance of a site built on Joomla 1.5.23 using Phoca Gallery 2.8.1. The website was moved from one server to a new server and since then, the admin side of Phoca Gallery generates an error 500 View not found [name, type, prefix]: phocagallerycs,html,phocagallerycpView for several phoca gallery menu items .

The image gallery is displaying fine on the front end of the site. I can successfully view the Images, Themes, Category Rating, Image Rating and Users menus under Phoca Gallery.

I get the View Not found error for Control Panel, Categories, and both Comments menus. When I downloaded the zip file of version 2.8.1 of your component, the file structure was very different than what is on my server. I only have 4 sub-directories: assets, controllers, models & views. And the directories under each of those sub-directories don't seem to match what the zip file had.

I'm not very familiar with setting up Joomla and was hoping that you can help me resolve these admin issues. I was going to upload the files from the version 2.8.1 zip, but because it is so different I'm afraid that it will break the front end of the site.

Hi, I think, this seems like e.g. something wrong went when migrating - maybe some files are missed or somehow corrupted - did you try to "upgrade" the gallery (e.g. with the same version - new files will be added but database will stay unchanged)
