Changelog:
- Added image intro and image fulltext - If image is set in plugin parameters then it will be used, if not then the intro image of article is used, if not intro image then fulltext image of article is used and if not fulltext image then image which will be found in article is used
- Introtext can be used as description - description set in plugin parameters is used as description, if empty then meta description of article is used, if empty then meta description of site and if meta description of site is empty then introtext is used as description
