Phoca Email parameters:
- HTML Message: yes|no - set if the email will be sent as html or pure text
- Display Users List (To): yes|no - set if users list will be displayed for "To" field
- Display Select Article Field: yes|no - display or hide button for selecting an article which can be sent in email
