Phoca Gallery crops images

Hi there! I have a problem... First few times I uploaded pictures, they looked OK... But when I upload them now, phoca crops all the images... Thumbnails are ok, but if you open image, it is cropped...
Can someone please help me?

Backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Parameters --> Thumbnail Creation Settings -->
Crop Thumbnail=None
Delete the cropped Thumbs and create them with this setting once more.

Yes, that is for thumbnails... Phoca crops actual pictures... Thumbnails are OK...
