Hi,

I have just uploaded a bunch of photos and added them to new categories. Now I'm working on adding watermarks (to certain folders only, and I have it set that way in the parameters).

While I was uploading a first set of folders via FTP, I also uploaded my own 'watermark-large.png' and 'watermark-medium.png' to the folders. Then I decided I would wait to see how that looked before I added them to the subsequent folders.

I decided to change the watermark, but now I'm having problems:
1) I tried replacing the .png files via FTP, but they are not changed in the thumbnails or detail views.
2) I tried adding the watermark to new folders and they won't display at all.

How can I get the folders to display images with the new watermark?

hi,
watermarks are added during the thumbnail creation process, so if you have uploaded the watermark file after creating the these, you have to recreate the thumbnails!

yes, usually 3 images are created from the uploaded images: small and medium thumbnails and the image for detail view (large thumbnail). these 3 are watermarked (if set so), the original (uploaded) image is not.
