empty Page after Upgrading?

Hi,
I tryed to Upgrad my PhocaGallery to newest Version - but this dosn't work.
I deinstalled the old Component and the old plugin. Than I reinstalled component, wondered why
I get an Error page and intsalled the plugin than. Now my site is displayed normal, but
at the Galleryposition there is nothing.

this is added into the page, but there is nothing displayed. What am I doing wrong?
