aspect ratio of Highslide JS

Hi, I'm using phocagallery 2.6.2 & am having problems with the images displayed once the images are clicked on. I've selected Highslide JS for the display mode but the aspect is wrong for portrait or wide images. Am I missing an obvious setting?
regards
Waldy
ps the resulting image of a portrait image chops off the top & bottom of the image & a wide image it chops off left & right extremes of the image

Yes, I think so. For example if your original pictures in landscape scale are 800x533 pix and in portrait scale 533x800 pix your Phoca Gallery Parameters should be in --> Images and Windows Size Settings --> Large Image Width=800 and Large Image Height=800 Save your settings! If this not works, change in Thumbnail Creation Settings --> Crop Thumbnail=None ,delete your thumbs and create new ones with the new settings.
See:

Kind regards,
Benno
