Upload image with User Control Panel

Hi everybody,
I want to allow users make their own galleries from fron-end. I am using PhocaGallery 2.7.0 on J 1.5.15. The only problem is, that users can upload their images just to thei own "main cattegories" and "subcategories". But I want to allow more than one user to upload images in the same cattegory. Is there some possibity how to make it? Thank you
