We are experiencing an issue with YouTube videos and their associated intro image not displaying in the modal box if a flash player update is needed. The main problem with that is... it displays as a missing image (red x) in Internet Explorer and doesn't let the user know an update is required.

Is there any what to show that a Flash Player update is needed?
