Hi,
ist ist possible to include a gallery into the content like this {gallery}ID{/gallery} ?

Yes - just install Phoca Gallery Plugin.
In the content you can use a syntax like:
{phocagallery view=categories|categoryid=42|imagecategories=1|imagecategoriessize=5}
to show your gallery.
