Plugin not working after upgrading to 2.6.xx

I successfully upgradeded my Phoca from 2.5.6 to the 2.6.2

BUT, now my plugin dont work anymore (

I have several houndred excactly like this:

{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=39|bgcolor=black|detail=3|displaydescription=0|displayname=1}

This worked perfect under the old 2.5.6!

Now, the user cannot click on the thumb image to get the full 1000 x 700 px image, he has to click on the small magnifier glass.
Second, if the user finds this small magnifier glass and click on this,
he gets the full size image, but no text.
Only the "Image detail"

Please help me, I do need find and convert these hundred article plugins, how do I fix this ?

Hi, did you also upgrade the plugin to the same version as the component?
sometimes during an update the settings get reset -> check all your settings (component global config, menu parameters and plugin settings)

Yes, it is 2.6.2 (upgraded from the 2.5.7)

This is how the phoca module images 2.6.x version looks like. Perefect! The user can click on the thumb and he gets a full size image with picture text on top.

Look at one of my articles, at the bottom:

This looks just like the module on the frontpage, very nice imho.
When I used the 2.5.7 version of the plugin - the user could click on the thumb and he gets a full size image with picture text on top. Very nice!!

But no more. After I upgraded to 2.6.2 - the user cannot click on the thumb, he has to click on the magnifier glass to get a full size image. Then the full size pops up, but no text anymore. just "Image Detail"

Why is this plugin so different from the module?
Do I need to hack the plugin to get it work my way? It is way to much work to edit the several hundred articles

In my opinion the pulgin should not be different from the gallery display, meaning the image should be a link (see demo)... but i'm not an expert on plugin issues

the only thin gi can suggest is to check your settings, since there were some changes since the last version. see https://www.phoca.cz/documents/14-phoca- ... ery-plugin
or, it might even be template related?!
