Error installing 2.6.2

hi,
I'd like to install ver 2.62. but i get an error:
Warning: zip_entry_read() [function.zip-entry-read]: The bytes parameter must greater then zero in /www/htdocs/w005a90d/joomla_de/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/zip.php on line 238
seccond error:
create a category:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www/htdocs/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/models/phocagallerycs.php on line 126
use joomla 1.5.15
what can i do?
