I use PhocaGallery 2.6.2, wished to make personal albums of users.
Has created a category "personal albums" and when I see that the user has created the category (which by default

But after that the user ceases to see the main category though the owner costs - user.
And it again can get a new main category (which again will appear in a root).

I already read this article, thanks. I would like that the user used "User Control Panel". To me it is not clear why when I in "backend" move a category of the user created by it in "User Control Panel" to any other parental category, for example, in "Personal albums" the user in "User Control Panel" any more does not see the category? And he again can create a main category.

Hi, there are a lot of different dependencies, a lot of security problems with categories, so the way is user can create one main category, if such category is moved to other place then it is no more main category - it only have some rights, but the main category must be in root without any parent category.
