Gallery Category Map not displaying

I have installed Phoca Maps and Phoca Gallery.
I had a map showing the locations of the categories displaying, but when I added some new categories, the map disappears.
The page is http://www.khuts-photography.org/index. ... &Itemid=55
What has gone wrong?
