Thanks for an superb component. Everything works just fine and I have done an translation to Swedish that I can send to you, if it is interesting!
I have just one problem. That is when the route is delivered from Google it is presented in english, and I want it in swedish!
Is it possible to change that?

Hi, for now I am testing this problem. As I got information there is such problem (e.g. with German language). But still didn't find anything there. As Google Maps API tries to find the lang of your browser and will try to display the route by your browser language settings.

If I set the language in my Firefox to Swedish: Tools - Option - Select Languages - Swedish to first.

Then I get this:



So no problems with Swedish language.

I see know whats the problem is. It do work just fine in PC/win but in Mac I get it in english, both with Firefox and with Safari throught the API. It do work just fine when visiting maps.google.com with these browsers and Mac!
The problem has to be in the API!

Hey Guys,

it´s Tim again.
I had same issues with the German routing translation.
The problem only occurs in FF, not in Opera and not in IE (haven´t checked out Safari yet)

The Problem is when installing FF it automtically set languages in accordance to system language.
German is installed with de-de.
As Jan wrote, google maps has a probelm with different language dialects.
If you set just "de" as favourite language the problem is fixed.

IE and Opera use just "de" when being installed. So the problem doesn´t occur.

Hopefully it fixes the problem with Swedish routing translation as well.

P.S. Is it possible to fix the issue in the code? Because it´s impossible to ask every user in the frontend to change language settings in the browser.

Hi, I can give back the language parameter to the Phoca Maps but the problem was, this didn't work well. It had more problems and didn't work well.

I will take a look at it.
