I have the same problem but only with IE8. If I go into a category and click the Folder button, the popup window displays and this is what you see. Notice that the folder name are behind the image so you cannot read them.

Hi, which version of Phoca Gallery are you using. I get no such behaviour in IE8

Are you testing this in IE8 compatibility mode? If I do that, it works great. In native IE8 mode, I get this problem.
