Help with Cooliris

Hello everyone,
I have been trying to get cooliris to work on my website. I have followed the directions and when I click on a link to my gallery with cooliris enabled I get
One last Step....
I have copied the code to a crossdomain.xml, I have copied the crossdomain.xml from the install folder to my root. I use 1&1 and have several websites. I have copied it to the root of the domain which I am trying to use Cooliris and still no go.
