Hello,
Could you give me a hand on a how-to.
From the main menu i would like to go to the idea of a split page, on the right a tree module, and the rest of the screen the gallery, as in you demo.
Problem is that when i try to do this as soon as the users clicks a folder in the right tree the tree disapears because i was only showing it with the menu-option 'Foto-Gallery'.
Obviously as soon as you click the tree the system forgets that foto-Gallery from the main menu had been clickec.

Or, is there with another combination of the components a better solution ?

In the demo alls the existing modules on the screen are always shown.

Hi, maybe you mean assigning the module to some menu item. This needs to be set in module settings. You should set it to all so the tree will be displayed in all parts of the site. If you want to display only for selected parts of site, you need to set all the links to gallery, so it will be displayed for all gallery views.

Hello Jan,

I noted when assigning the Tree menu module to a link to the gallery, it shows up, but whenever the Tree Menu module is used to navigate the gallery, it disappears.

I have it assigned to my menu item, Photos, when I click there, the Tree module shows up. When i click the Tree menu to pick a sub folder, it goes to the sub folder and the Tree menu disappears.. I would like it to stay.

If I assign it to all/everything, it stays where it should while using it to navigate.

Any ideas or fix for this?

Hi, you need to check all links in the tree menu to find all Itemids (without SEF enabled) to see which menu are assigned to the menu links displayed in tree.
