Problems with Phoca Gallery 2.6.2

I have a new install of 2.6.2 over my old version - 2.5.8

ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS SIMILAR TO THAT DESCRIBED IN THE QUICK START GUIDE

I use a ftp package to create the following folders and categories tree in joomla-root/images/phocagallery/:

Folders at top level:

2009
2010

Below each of those the following folders:

2009: (Year of when the events took place)
'
'--> Cats (This is a sub folder of 2009 where my photos go in)
'
'--> 49er (This is a sub folder of 2009 where my photos go in)
'
2010 (Year of when the events took place)
'
'--> Cats (This is a sub folder of 2009 where my photos go in)
''
'--> 49er (This is a sub folder of 2009 where my photos go in)

I then put the pictures into each of the subfolders Cats and 49er where I want them to be displayed. I then transfer that folder structure via FTP into the Phoca Gallery images directory as shown above.

I dont see anything on my site, cant see anything via Phoca Gallery control panel either in Categories or images.

Now when I create a category via the Phoca Gallery itself, I cant find where this category has been created either, although I will see the category on my site.

Now when I enter the images, it messes up my top level - look at http://www.stonesailingclub.org.uk/docu ... roblem.jpg. I am not sure what happened here, but the much earlier version I had worked fine

Any suggestions much appreciated as this has now become important for me to get this working

:)

Hi, if you have copied the files to images/phocagallery folder on the server, then you should go to Multiple Add function (Images - Multiple Add) and add the images + folders to system (with save function)

Hi Jan,

I did a reload of all the files and now it seems to work OK.

Thanks
