meta key and description for categories issue

I have filled the meta description & keywords for the Gallery - this works. I also filled the meta description & keywords for 1 specified Categorie to test but on the site in the browser sourcecode it is missing. I allready cleared the cache without results.
On all my other categories without description and keywords they are also empty

both fields (desc & key) are filled for this categorie but the meta is empty on the side. Is there something I can test to get closer and to figgure out whats happens?

No idea what can be wrong there? Try to check if the fields in category (meta description and keywords) are really empty. if there is no empty space, etc.

Hi Jan, thanks for your help.
I found the issue, it was the SC Meta component and Plugin:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... adata/7559 i disabled the plugin and voila it works.
however i wrote the Author too a mail, will see if i get response. Both SC Meta & Gallery are popular und wide used. Will updaste here if the issue is/can be fixed
