Upgrade to 2.6.1: corrupted Frontend

Hi there,
after upgrading to 2.6.1, I have a strange Problem:
No Java-Upload-Screen (infinitive loading), also there are (also in backend) names of variables instead of readable text on screen and buttons.
I did make an upgrade, an install and a plain install after deinstalling.
Just have a look, please, difficult to explain.
