phoca Gallery Block thumbnail

Good morning, Phocagallery crashes when I click on image. It stays on the "creating thumbnail" page, and even uninstalling Phoca Gallery doesn't change anything. The images via FTP have been deleted.

Hi,
Was thumbnail generation enabled in the Phoca Gallery options? Were thumbnails created?
Which Version of Joomla do you use?
Which version of Phoca Gallery Component do you use?
Which PHP Version do you use?
Kind regards,
Benno

Hi, what do you mean with "crashed". Try to enable debug mode and displaying of errors, maybe you get some error message there.

I managed to upload an image, but when I try to upload the second image, the thumbnail creation screen appears. I disabled thumbnails, but the screen reappears and I can't upload any more photos. I can't find debugging enabled.

I had already done these steps. Now it seems to be almost fixed. But sometimes it still gets stuck loading the thumbnails. I also noticed that it doesn't keep the photos in the desired order. If I put Photo1, Photo2, Photo3, Photo4, Photo5, I get this order: Photo1, Photo5, Photo2, Photo3, Photo4. But I loaded them in order.

Hi,
I also noticed that it doesn't keep the photos in the desired order.
Do you use 'Masonry Layout'?
Kind regards,
Benno

Hi, are you really sure, you see them in backend by "ordering" the same in frontend?
