Hi,
Phoca Cart keeps generating duplicate orders. When a user places an order, a second one is automatically created. I have no idea what else to configure. I’m using Joomla 5 and the latest version of Phoca Cart.

Could you help me with it?

Hi, really hard to say what can be wrong there. Do the duplicate orders have the same ID or another? Phoca Cart does not have any such feature to generate more orders at once, so maybe there can be some misconfiguration of the server, etc.

Hi, orders have different IDs. Could it be a problem with the payment gateway?

But we did some testing, and it looks like users refresh the page, which creates a new order.
Is it possible to fix this on your side?

What do you mean with refresh page, when the order is made, then the cart goes empty and then it is not possible to save the order because the cart is empty. Payment gateway does not create new order as mostly payment gateway is active after the order was made.

Which payment method do you use? Some of them can prevent from emptying the cart after order.

děje se to u všech typů plateb. Co jsme tak zjišťovali, tak dochází k tomu, že je značná prodleva mezi stisknutím tlačítka pro potvrzení objenávky a potvrzením, že objednávka byla byla zpracována ( nebo přesměrováním na platební bránu). Nejde z vaší strany nastavit to tlačítko, tak aby se zneaktivnilo po první kliknutí?
