only 1 picuture in text, all in bigger view

Hi,
I don't know if it's possible, but i want to have my normal text in joomla, and
at the end of this, ONE picture. If u click on this picture, this will be displayed bigger ( this frame growing up
than don't know name of it) AND under this bigger picture there will be a list of thumbs of other pictures.
Like if u activate "JAK Lightbox Thumbnails" in a categorylist. but in the text should only be 1 picture instead of all from this cartegory!
understanding what i mean? hope so
is that possible? if yes, HOW?
