Hello. I installed the latest version of Phoca Gallery. All my albums are saved on https://imgur.com/
When creating a category and connecting an album to it, some of the imported photos do not display thumbnails (see screenshot).
When my site was on Joomla 3, there was no such problem.

Hi, do you use some cache extension? Did you try to clear the browser cache and website cache (if enabled)?

The situation with the cache on my site is not clear to me. It's disabled in the settings. But every time I change the site, I have to clear the site's cache because the changes are not applied.
I do System - Clear Cash - All.

Disabled plugin System - Cash, but it didn't solve the problem.

Can I see the site where this occurs?

I probably have a similar problem and I cannot figure out how to solve it. Under the category view I can only see button icons instead of thumbnails. Last autumn I migrated to Joomla 4 following your step-by-step instructions. Everything went OK but this small problem remained:

I tried many possible configurations under Phoca Gallery Options, but nothing seemed to solve the problem. May be something went wrong during migration? All the data were properly migrated though.

Are you sure, all the images have set the image path correclty?

How to fix it?

When you test it with another template (only for test) e.g. with Cassiopeia, do you get the same result? Do you use some specific system plugin, which can somehow change the output of the website?
