Show Pagination at top of page instead of bottom

Is there a setting to have pagination show at the top of the page rather than the bottom? I've been searching the forums, the manual and the parameters but I don't see a setting like this. is it possible to edit something to get this?
I'm sorry if it is posted and I missed it, I'll feel like the biggest idiot.

Hi, no there is no such option, this needs to be customized in the template of phoca gallery view.

Hi, you need to move the pagination code from bottom to top
e.g. in category view:
components/com_phocagallery/views/category/tmpl/default.php
