POS order notes

Hi! I'm in love with Phoca Cart and the POS, will be perfect to have a button in the same section where "Select Costumer" is, called "notes", after you click on it should show a custom form to save notes about the order.
When you are using a POS always you want to create notes about the orders, example if is a restaurant you want to type if the dish should have more fries, or more ice in the drink
