Rotate an image (not working 100%)

Hi,
- testing version 4.5.0Beta and found a picture with wrong orientation - so I clicked the rotate right icon
- after that the site reloads and I get the success message at top - but I think it's not really working 100%.
Result:
- the mini picture here in the admin list was often 'broken' after this click on the rotate button (mini picture wasn't there anymore/broken image icon from browser was there - sometimes it worked and I saw the correct rotated mini picture)

What I have found out is that phoca_thumb_m_* pictures wasn't generated at all with the new orientation but the phoca_thumb_l_* pictures are correct and were rotated for example, hmm.
