Hello community,

I have a litle big problem with my phcoca Gallerry instance.
When i want to download a photo , phoca Gallery generate this WRONG link :

domain.com/certificados-certave&id=1:alvara-1-certave&tmpl=component&phocadownload=2&Itemid=177?option=com_phocagallery&view=category&id=1&Itemid=177

instead of ( the right one ) :

domain.com/index.php?option=com_phocagallery&view=detail&catid=1:certificados-certave&id=1:alvara-1-certave&tmpl=component&phocadownload=2&Itemid=177

Is this litle peace of domain "index.php?option=com_phocagallery&view=detail&catid=1:" that shoul be in download link BUT it´s missing!

Any helps ?

Last joomla Version and Last phoca gallery version ( the problem is the same at phoca download component )
My server is PLESK

What is the non-SEF URL of the page (after the domain name) where this is missing?

If u go to this site http://bit.ly/3MfXe0 and u click at image download u will see that link does not exist! I don´t use SEF conponents.

So it is in the category view and the download image link is broken. I just need to see if I can find the problem to replicate it.

I'll let you know if I find something. It will probably be later this evening before I can look into it, and it is early morning for me now.

I go to describe this situation. I make this joomla site in my hosting company ( linux hosting ) . Then my customer have this own hosting service ( Plesk and Windows). So I have to use JoomlaPack Component to make a clone! And everything work´s perfect except the Phocca Componentes ( Gallery and Downloads!!).

It´s a little strange . U can see the original instance joomla here ( but in a linux hosting ) --> http://bit.ly/37ctQ8 . And in this one everything it´s correct ! No broken links !

I don't have eny experience with joomlapack, I use FTP+phpMyAdmin, so no idea what can be wrong there
