"You are not authorized to do this action" error message show up on website after installing and adding photos in Phoca Gallery.
What did I do wrong? PLEASE HELP

Hi, where exactly do you get this error? Which view of Phoca Gallery do you try to visit?

Mostly this just means, e.g. category is protected by access rights. Try to check access rights for the menu link, and for the category of Phoca Gallery.
